Question:

What do I do if my product is damaged?

Answer:
If your product is damaged , please take a photograph of the product and send it to info@thecanvasprintshop.co.uk and telephone our team. The photograph will help us ascertain whether the damage occurred during shipment of the product. In some circumstances we will need you to send back the product at a cost incurred by yourself.
