Question:

Is my money refunded in the case of deficient goods?

Answer:

All are goods are hand inspected before they are despatched to the customer in accordance with your guidelines on the order. There will be no refund if the order is exactly what was ordered on the website.

If the product is damaged , please contact us and we will rectify the problem. Of course in the case of a valid complaint, we will do our utmost to replace or rectify the problem. In the extremely unlikely case that, after two attempts at later improvement, we have still not delivered a flawless product , we will of course be prepared to refund you your money.
