Question:

I have not received an order confirmation ?

Answer:

After you have successfully placed your order , you will automatically receive an order confirmation which is sent to the e mail address you provided when ordering. If you have not received the confirmation , please check your spam folder.  Alternatively , check that the maximum storage volume of your inbox has not been exceeded. If , however, you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us on our free phone number to ensure all is well with the order.
